It's okay to steal $40,000...

The last report on the missing funds from the City of Rotan is that the DA advised the council not to pursue the matter, and the city decided just to watch the budget more closely. Wasn't that a nice thing to do for a crook?

Okey, dokey, on to other things. One of my favorite shows is Clean House with Mrs. Niecy and they are searching for the messiest house. The winner will get a whole house make-over worth $65,000, as well as cash in the amount of $33,800 for a total of $98,800 in winnings. You have to work fast, though, the contest entry deadline is today at 3 p.m.

I also really like How Clean is Your House? These well-dressed ladies surprise me by sniffing or scratching rancid and rotten areas and surfaces that would send me screaming.

Now, on to Rotan Advance / Roby Star headlines for the last three issues, starting with most current.
