Rotan City Council Meeting September 18

Don't miss it as the Rotan City Council discusses the budget! Surely, something will be said about the missing $45,000. In the current Rotan Advance issue, the last meeting minutes are, again, published verbatim. The affair has been turned over to the Fisher County Sheriffs Office and District Attorney Mark Edwards.
