Rotan and Roby City Councils will hold regularly scheduled meetings tomorrow. Rotan meets at 7 am, Roby meets at noon.

Items on the Rotan City Council agenda include approving rate changes, adopting RV park guidelines, opening water tower bids, holding a hearing on substandard properties, and appointing a city marshal.

Roby City Council will consider minutes from the last meeting.
